Mrs. Felecia has been in the field of education for the past twenty years and has worked at various levels of the profession.
She was first licensed at Fort Bragg, NC. back in 1992, but being an Army spouse she had to stop because the Army said, "That it was time for her family to move." In 1996 she revisited the profession of family childcare and was again certified by the Army's Family Child Care (FCC) program. In 1998 she received her Child Development Associate (CDA) Credential. She also has also earned a degree in Early Childhood Education.
Next she obtained the Military Home Accreditation (MHA), and then the National Association for Family Child Care (NAFCC) Accreditation; which is the highest recognition that may be obtained by a FCC facility.
In 2011 upon her family exiting the military, Mrs. Felecia moved to the beautiful state of Oklahoma; first settling in Del City, then Midwest City and currently residing in Oklahoma City. Mrs. Felecia's Playhouse Preschool was award the highest level in Oklahoma child care, the rating of a 3 Stars.
